Wolves Host Battalion & Colts in Battle of the Division

The Sudbury Wolves will host the North Bay Battalion on Friday night and Barrie Colts Saturday in back –to-back divisional match-ups. Both games are set to begin at 7:00pm.

Friday marks North Bay’s first regular season visit to the Sudbury Arena this year, in what is sure to be an exciting Northern rivalry match-up. The Battalion sit in first in the Central Division, just 5 points ahead of the Wolves and are led upfront by Vancouver Canucks prospect Brett McKenzie who leads the Battalion with 31 points in 25 games.

Friday’s game is sponsored by the CTV Lions Club Children’s Christmas Telethon. Don’t miss the SPHL mini game during the first intermission!

The Wolves will hit the ice once again Saturday against the Colts, who sit four points back of the Wolves in the standings. The Colts are led offensively by left winger, Anthony Stefano.  On defence, the Colts’ blueline features Sudbury native Cameron Lizotte.
