Wolves Host Knights Friday

The Sudbury Wolves will host the surging London Knights for the one and only time this season Friday night at the Sudbury Arena. The Wolves are hoping to continue the momentum after coming off a 3-2 win New Year’s Eve over the Guelph Storm. With the new year, comes the new season and that season begins at Friday’s game starting at 7:05pm.

After a slow start to the season for the Knights, they have come on strong and now sit 4th in the Western Conference with 43 points. The Knight’s roster features 6 NHL prospects including St. Louis Blues 1st round pick in 2017 Robert Thomas and Anaheim Ducks 2017 1st round pick Max Jones. Thomas along with London’s 2015 1st Round pick Evan Bouchard lead the Knight’s offense and each have 46 points on the season.

Friday’s game is sponsored by Overtime Sports Bar & Grill who will be on hand with prizes and giveaways for lucky fans. Fans can pick up their special Overtime Coupons upon entrance to the game. Tickets are on-sale now at the Sudbury Arena Box Office and online at Fans are encouraged to skip the box office line and save time with WOLVES WEB WEDNESDAY.   All day Wednesday, every Wednesday, fans can purchase their tickets online and save the service fees!

Following Friday’s game, the Wolves will head to St. Catharine’s to take on the Niagara IceDogs on Saturday before wrapping up the weekend in Hamilton on Sunday against the Bulldogs. Saturday’s game is set for 7:00pm and Sunday is a 2:00pm.

Fans can listen to the live play by play on the radio at 96.7 CKLU or on the Sudbury Wolves App.  In addition to listening to the game, fans can tune into more coverage than ever before on Eastlink TV Channel 10 or 610 to watch the available broadcasts.
