Sudbury Wolves top prospect DANNY DESROCHERS continues to produce points in the NOJHL Playoffs as the Wolves’ 3rd round draft selection has now scored 6 goals in 7 playoff games so far for the North Bay Jr. A Trappers.

The North Bay native also has four assists for a total of 10 points in 7 games and sits among the top 10 in league play-off scoring.  The 6′ forward has been named a MOLSON CANADIAN game star in each of the first two games of the NOJHL semi-final series between the Trappers and the Sudbury Cubs.

DESROCHERS was named the game’s 3rd star in a 8-5 loss to the Cubs in game one of the series and named the game’s 2nd star in a 6-5 overtime loss to the Cubs on Sunday night.  DESROCHERS tied that game with a late marker in the third period to force overtime.

DESROCHERS is only 16 years of age and all of the players ahead of him in the scoring race are 19 or 20 years of age.  The Wolves’ future is bright as DANNY DESROCHERS continues his scoring exploits in the NOJHL Playoffs.
