Wolves Acquire O’Grady

The Sudbury Wolves are pleased to announce the acquisition of REAGAN O’GRADY from the Kingston Frontenacs.   The 6’1”, 190 lb right-shot defenceman was selected in the first round of the 2014 OHL Priority Selection draft – 15th overall.    

In return, the Wolves sent Kingston four draft selections that distributed over the next four years. The Wolves now have four 16-year-olds in their line-up including:   Michael Pezzetta, Trenton Bourque, Brady Pataki and now Reagan O’Grady.

In another move, the Wolves sent overage forward Nathan Pancel to the Peterborough Petes in exchange for a 2nd round selection in 2016 and a 3rd round selection in 2017.  The OHL trade deadline ends at noon on Friday, January 9th.

The Wolves will be in action on Friday night when they host the Niagara IceDogs at 7:30 pm
