In an effort to continue to improve the experience for Sudbury Wolves games, we want to know more about you and your in-game experience as we prepare for the upcoming season of Wolves Hockey!
Fans who submit their completed survey responses by August 14th will have the chance to be entered into a draw to win a Sudbury Wolves prize pack.

Season ticket holders should only complete the season ticket holder survey in lieu of the fan experience survey and likewise for single game ticket purchasers.
