Wolves Host Bulldogs Friday

(Greater Sudbury, ON) The Sudbury Wolves return to action at home on Friday night as they host the Hamilton Bulldogs. Puck drop is 7:05pm.

The Wolves are coming home after a 4-game Eastern Conference road trip where Evan Konyen, Quentin Musty, Kocha Delic, and Payton Robinson each scored their first OHL career goal. The Wolves will make one more stop in the Soo this Wednesday night against the Greyhounds before the Pack returns to the Sudbury Arena for Friday.

The Bulldogs’ roster features Sudbury native, Alex Pharand, Hamilton’s 14th overall selection in the 2021 OHL Priority Selection. The Bulldogs’ roster also includes four NHL prospects including Jan Mysak (MTL), Ryan Winterton (SEA), Artem Grushnikov (DAL), and Chandler Romeo (OTT).

Through two weeks of OHL action, Jack Thompson (TB) leads the league and the team in both points and assists with 3 goals and 8 assists for a total of 11 points in 6 games played. Ethan Larmand also had a strong season start leading the Wolves in goals with 4 through 6 games.

Tickets are on-sale now for Friday’s match-up at greatersudbury.ca/tickets and at the Sudbury Arena Box Office. Those attending the box office in person, must wear a mask and maintain social distancing. The Sudbury Arena Box Office will be open Monday to Thursday from Noon to 4pm and Friday from 9am until the end of the second intermission. Get your tickets early! Please note, tickets available online are the same price as the box office.

Fans are encouraged to come to the arena early as COVID-19 safety precautions are in place that may take some extra time. Doors will open at 5:50pm. The health and safety of all of our fans, players, staff and volunteers if of utmost importance.

A vaccination policy is in effect. Fans 12+ will be required to show their vaccine receipt from their second dose, along with photo ID upon entrance with their ticket. Fans must be fully vaccinated for a minimum of 14 days. Unvaccinated youth 11 and under must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult in order to gain entry.
