(Sudbury, ON) After a busy weekend filled with community events, the Wolves are back in action at the Sudbury Arena, this Friday Night, as they host the Flint Firebirds at 7:05pm.
The Firebirds make their only appearance in Sudbury this Friday and are led up front by overage forward Maurizio Colella who has 18 goals and 27 assists through 49 games this season. Ty Dellandrea trails closely behind with 22 goals and 22 assists through 49 games. On the blueline, Arizona Coyotes prospect Jalen Smereck and Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Fedor Gordeev lead the way defensively.
The Sudbury Wolves will look to the leadership group to get the team back in the win column as they lead the young cadre of first year players who are continuing to demonstrate strong development and high energy to each shift. It’s always exciting when either the Pilon twins or the two Blakes take the ice!
Friday’s game is sponsored by FBC. Visit the FBC table in the lower lobby for the chance to win a chainsaw and don’t miss the FBC Mascot Shootout contest in the first intermission where one lucky winner will win a $50 Visa Gift Card. You can cheer on Howler as he goes for goals! Also, visit the OHL Onside and Voices for Women Sudbury Sexual Assault Centre information table in the upper lobby behind section 2 for the chance to win an autographed Sudbury Wolves hockey stick.
